Delicious Raw, Vegan, Sprouted Protein Balls
This protein ball recipe is great for an afternoon snack or post workout recovery treat.
Serves: approximately 20 balls
Time: 15 minutes
1/2 cup of Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
1/4 cup of Organic Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 cup raw mixed nuts
1/2 cup organic raw seeds, like organic pepitas
1/2 cup dried dates (seeds removed)
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup organic coconut desiccated
1/2 cup of tahini
Extra organic desiccated coconut or chopped nuts to roll the balls in.
- Blitz the nuts/seeds and dried fruit in a food processor.
- Blend all other ingredients together; you can vary the texture according to your personal preference.
- Form into balls, then coat with desiccated coconut or chopped nuts.
