1 scoop Paleolicious Paleo Protein powder
1/4 cup of raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 pack of frozen pitaya or a whole fruit
1/2 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut milk
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. You want the consistency to be thicker than a drinkable smoothie so that you can eat it with a spoon. Plus when its nice and thick you can add loads of yummy toppings like kiwi, coconut flakes, chia seeds and blue berries.
