Recipe: Raspberry & dragonfruit Paleo smoothie bowl.

A thick and creamy fibre rich smoothie bowl made with dragon fruit (pitaya) and topped with superfood ingredients.

Dragonfruit is loaded with protein, iron and vitamin C. Just one cup of dragon fruit, about 200 grams or 1/2 of a large fruit, contains 4 grams of protein, 3 grams of healthy fat, 2 grams of fibre, 3 milligrams of iron and 24% of your daily recommend value of vitamin C.

Dragon fruits are especially rich in antioxidants.


PREP TIME: 7 mins 


1 scoop Paleolicious Paleo Protein powder
1/4 cup of raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 whole dragon fruit
1/2 cup of frozen mango
1/4 cup coconut milk


Place all of the ingredients in a blender & blitz until smooth & creamy.
Top with superfood a like coconut flakes, chia seeds, kiwi fruit, blueberries
